With over a decade of experience within the fashion, accessories and home products industries, Erica Siegel has a strong background in product development, sourcing, supply chain management, design thinking and strategy. Erica previously worked in textile development as a design manager at Calvin Klein Home, as well as a freelance stylist collaborating with major publications, e-commerce, celebrity and television.

Erica studied International Fashion Merchandising at FIT, abroad at Polimoda Firenze focusing on Fashion Marketing and recently received Merit for an MA in Design Management, specializing in sustainability and consumer psychology, at the London College of Fashion. Upon completion of her MA, Erica was named "Grad to Watch" and speaks as a guest lecturer and consultant for London College of Fashion as well as consulting freelance for ethical SMEs and organizations adivising on creative strategy and direction, design development and supply chain management.

As So Just Shop's Creative Director, Erica was responsible for all creative oversight of the brand including trend analysis, sourcing, design, product development, production, buying, wholesale development and private label. She worked directly with women's cooperatives in developing countries to nurture businesses by advising on design, production related issues and material sourcing.

Erica is now part time faculty for Parsons School of Design/The New School for the MS Strategic Design & Management program. She will continue to consult freelance.
